TESTIMONIALS

  • “Jason Laird is a dear friend of mine who has seen it all and done it all as it relates to ministry.
Jason’s exposure to ministry at its highest levels has allowed him to become an indispensable gift to leaders, staff, and congregations. I’m grateful to have his expertise as a part of our ongoing Ministry development.”

  • “When I became the lead pastor of Brave Church while simultaneously unifying with a second location, overnight my leadership challenges far exceeded what I had the wisdom or experience for. I needed help and I needed it fast. Having known Jason as a fellow pastor in the Bay, he’s been a source of help and encouragement for years…But it was at this moment I realized I needed more than a casual friendship. I needed him to formally commit to coaching me while also being honored for his time and the expectations that come with that level of relationship. Jason and the team at Sidecar have come alongside us so seamlessly, it was as if they were the missing people we couldn’t have succeeded without. In just six months Jason has helped me become a better preacher, lead our entire staff through a re-org, create systems and structure for growth, and navigate some highly sensitive situations avoiding painful missteps and unnecessary conflict. I will forever be grateful for the ways Sidecar has and is helping us go further faster.”

  • “Jason Laird is simply one of the most insightful, creative, strategic and encouraging leaders in the Kingdom today. I’ve been blessed to watch him lead and grow both ministers and ministries for more than a decade in various settings and I have no doubt Sidecar Leader will make a tremendous impact in the lives of many leaders and the communities they represent. I’ve been blessed to walk through many seasons with Jason and I know I’m a better husband, father, preacher, thinker and leader because of it. It fills me with joy to think of the leaders who are going to have an opportunity to walk with him too and the new ground that will be broken and new territory taken for the King because of that walking.”

  • “Jason Laird is first and foremost a great friend and role model. I’ve known him for 25+ years and have seen his leadership evolve into one incredible ability and heart for the church and organizations in general. I would highly recommend Sidecar for any organization looking to go to the next level. Jason and the team helped to clarify and simplify my vision to help people and provide the best service I can. They listened intently to my goals and desires which was truly refreshing. They saved me months, even years of frustration and wasted energy. Can’t say enough about them. You will not be disappointed.”

  • “I’ve been in full-time ministry, both leading and teaching for almost 20 years… and within those years of experience, one of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is the value of having the trusted voice of a leader and friend to lean upon.
Pastor Jason Laird is one of my closest friends and has been a consistent voice of wisdom in my life. If I get stuck during sermon prep, Jason is one of my first calls. If I need another perspective on an issue that has come up within my staff, Jason is one of my first calls. If I’m feeling worn out and defeated spiritually, Jason is one of my first calls.
Time and time again, Jason has encouraged me, stretched my vision and helped me put my focus back where it belongs— ON JESUS.”

What he can and does bring to every organization he comes alongside is benefit and growth. Not just numerically but with the presence of a sage soul he is always ready to tackle any problem with wisdom, experience, courage and knowledge. Most of all he’s a friend of leaders. And what leader doesn’t need someone like that by their side.”

  • “For over a decade, I have had the honor of being in relationship with Pastor Jason Laird. Over those years, he’s played many roles in my life - from friend to teammate to brother to now one of our church’s overseers. Since day one of Queen City Church, we have consistently leaned on his wisdom, guidance, and counsel, which has made a tremendous impact in our church’s growth and development. Our church is not our church without his one-of-a-kind investment. He has the ability to take complex situations and not only make them practical, but sustainable in the long-term growth of our church. He truly has elite leadership and apostolic gifts.
